Items can only be returned if they are damaged or nonfunctional upon delivery, or if the wrong item was delivered to you. All incorrect delivered items will be replaced with the correct item or provided with a full refund.
When picking up your item at your local pickup location, please verify the content is correct. If there is an error with your order, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back to the CaribShopper representative. For door-to-door deliveries please return damaged or incorrect items to your local pickup location within 2 business days from the day you received the item.
