Purchase Policy and Rules

When you are purchasing your items with the CaribShopper app, please be sure to adhere to the following criteria. Each item must be able to fit in a box 1.5 X 1 X 1.5 FEET and weigh no more than 10 LBS.  If your items are larger, you’ll simply fill out a Carib Shopper Custom order. It’s easy to do, just login to your account and click on "Custom orders"



 

Simple Returns

Items can only be returned if they are damaged or nonfunctional upon delivery, or if the wrong item was delivered to you. All incorrect delivered items will be replaced with the correct item or provided with a full refund.

When picking up your item at your local pickup location, please verify the content is correct. If there is an error with your order, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back to the CaribShopper representative. For door-to-door deliveries please return damaged or incorrect items to your local pickup location within 2 business days from the day you received the item.

Refund Terms and Conditions

Please note that there will be a charge fee of 5% for the refund transaction and the refund process will be carried out within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. You will have to provide a copy of your valid identity card and a hand-written application note for authenticity purpose. Please contact your local CaribShopper location for a Refund form.
